Lighting Plus is an excellent full service lighting store. I have been patronizing the store for almost 20 years. The staff, and Mel in particular have always been wonderful to work with. They have a good representative selection of lighting and will patiently browse catalogs with you to find what you need if it’s not on display. They help with bulbs, repairs and all things lighting. It’s a local store, no rush and no pressure sales, just friendly professional and expert service.

I had a great experience with Lighting Plus. I went in looking for a few lamp shades for wall sconces and brought in a lamp for repair (it was my childhood lamp, which I wanted to re-wire before putting it in my daughter’s room). They had tons of options for shades. The reason it isn’t 5-star is that the store is definitely cluttered, it’s not the easiest to find things. I asked the manager for help, and he pulled out some things for me. When I gave him the lamp, he told me the shop was quiet, and if I was in the area, it would be done in about an hour! Which it was. The store could use a bit of a re-fresh, but their selection and prices are good, and they said if they carry a brand, they can order in anything, even if the store does not stock it.
